• The devices in the Cloud, managed externally by a specialized company, have the advantage of having hardware and software warranty always active and renewed in time, with the related costs minimized and included in the Cloud service fee. This happens because the physical devices on which the Cloud services are created are located in Data Center with servers and hardware that are always of the latest generation and, by policy, with constantly active guarantees.
  In this way, maintenance problems or replacement of malfunctioning parts are included in the warranty, resulting in greater business continuity and reducing company downtime. On the other hand, internally managing the renewal of hardware warranties on non-Cloud devices is expensive and when a renewal of a warranty escapes and is not extended within the established deadlines, the company's IT security decreases.
   
• The Cloud is safe when an optimum is used in the company Antivirus which in any case also protects the infiltration of malware into the Cloud infrastructure. This is the prerequisite for any type of IT infrastructure. It is not only necessary to install an excellent Antivirus, but above all to set up regular scans on all company computers and devices.
