The customer's need
The customer needed to activate a new office with the “smart office” model, adopting flexible work tools such as thin-clients, laptops and tablets. Its goal was to allow the secretarial services to continue to guarantee an excellent service to its members but through modern technologies that speed up the management of administrative and bureaucratic practices.

How we helped the client achieve their goals
Vertigo provided Qualiper with a Cloud solution, first of all because the customer needed to manage costs with an Opex mode, thus having a recurring fee for an all-inclusive service that included operational tools and technical support. This solution also matched the architectural design of the new Qualiper offices, which did not include rooms to house bulky and noisy machinery.
