Founded in Switzerland in 1921, Sintetica is a pharmaceutical company providing injectable anesthetics and analgesics to patients around the world, through innovative science and excellence in development, manufacturing and marketing.

The customer's need
Sintetica needed to renovate the hardware infrastructure of the Mendrisio headquarters and the Couvet production site. Vertigo made use of the collaboration of HPE to provide latest generation hardware that complied with the high reliability and continuity requirements imposed for the overcoming and validation for the drafting of the IQ, OQ, PQ protocols.

How we helped the client achieve their goals
The condition set by the Customer was to migrate all servers and services from the old infrastructure to the new one in safety and guaranteeing continuity of service; a condition that was met thanks to the experience of Vertigo's engineers and the migration procedures used and now well-established. The second objective was to make backups more efficient and activate a disaster recovery system.
